You need to have a passport size photograph with size below 100KB.
If the size is more than that around 500KB. You can use MSPaint to reduce the size.

Video also describes how to reduce size of the photo to get eligible to upload in the Form.

You can use any other methods and finally get it below 100KB.
Preferably use your Mobiles rather than DSLR's with high Resolution and having large file size. This will become difficult to upload later.


Video also describes how to fill the form.

NOTE : Due to sensitive data like Phone numbers and Mail Id's mentioned to the bottom of the Form. Those are blurred. In your case please enter Phone and Email details to get Acknowledgement Messages.
