Website : https://edelivery.oracle.com/
Click : Sign in (If you are having account)
else you need to create an account and login here.

Once you login You need to read and agree the License
Now you will get search section with 2 fields
Select a Product Pack : Oracle Database
Platform  : Linux x86

After selection you are ready to go
In this video you can see 2 zip files downloaded for Oracle 11GR2.
