3) Open link: http://eci-citizenservices.nic.in/frmmobileverification.aspx?type=FORM6
4) Enter your Mobile & Email ID.
5) Get the code and Enter it to get confirmed.
6) Create a New Account as per the process described in the video
7) Existing Users can directly login
8) Select your State
9) Choose your Location through PinCode (Easy method)
10)Fill rest of the form
11)Upload the Photo
12)Submit it

Wait for confirmation and once you are successful you can get it personally from Esevas. The whole Process may take 15-30days.

Hurry up to get your application ID registered soon. Looks like there could be last date based on your location. The sooner the better always.
